All Agents at eXp are on a 80/20 commission split with a $16,000 cap. The great thing about eXp is you have the same $16,000 if you are doing business in one state or multiple states. That ONE $16,000 cap is towards all of your transactions - not per state like other brokerages.

REVENUE SHARE
eXp agents can sponsor agents to join the company and earn a percentage of revenue. What does this mean you ask? It means eXp pays the revenue share, not the agent when your sponsored agents close a transaction.
